Customs options

When sending parcels internationally, one thing you should be aware of is customs duties and taxes. Typically these are charged to the recipient. However, you can avoid unwanted surprises for your customers by choosing to Deliver Taxes Paid (DTP) instead—available for selected services.

You can also ship to EU countries as an IOSS-registered business, meaning that customs taxes and duties are not charged at the point of sale, but covered by your tax return instead. This helps to speed up the customs clearance process.

Fulfilment

We also offer specialised fulfilment services. We can store your goods at our depot and ship out to your customers as soon as orders are made, allowing your business to respond quickly to demand.
