Consolidate your parcels for collection

We offer a range of services where the carrier collects directly from our depot. For these services, depending on which is most convenient or cost-effective for you, you can drop off your goods or book an optional collection from your door.

When choosing DPD or DHL Parcel UK for collection, you may be able to reduce your collection costs by consolidating your parcels into fewer boxes. We will then unpack them at our depot and send them on their way.

DPD and DHL Parcel UK charge per box, and each box can weigh up to 30kg. When choosing your collection options, you can select the number of consolidated boxes, and we'll update the prices accordingly.

This is a great option for multi or bulk orders, driving down the overall cost per parcel. You can use consolidated boxes for collection even if your individual parcels are booked with different services, or heading for different destinations.

Labelling instructions

For most services, you will still need to apply labels as instructed to each individual parcel within the consignment.

Once your consolidated box arrives at our depot, we will unpack your parcels before sending them on. Depending on the service, we may add labels to them at the depot.

For FedEx and TG International (Depot), please write your TP- order reference number on each parcel.

Use the collection labels provided for the consolidated box. Please also write 'consolidated' somewhere on the box itself.
