Cancellation & Returns
Our crates are custom made to your specification and for that reason we are unable to accept any cancellation requests once the manufacturing process has begun. We will honour any cancellation requests made prior to commencement of manufacturing. Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

*We build crates according to the internal dimensions. However, when getting a quote for courier or freight services, you will need to provide the external dimensions of the crate, which will be greater.
